5 Things Customers Want and How to Make Them Happen

At this membership meeting, our own ABPW sister, Peggy Morrow, will share how she came to be a customer service expert and share the secrets of success her clients hire her to teach their people! Peggy, an author of three books on customer service, has helped organizations both big and small, provide exceptional service to their customers for more than 20 years! 

Peggy is a customer service specialist and has served such clients as NASA, Texas Children's Hospital, St Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Houston Texans, Astros,  Rockets, M.D. Anderson, the International Customer Service Association, and others. She has been one of the top ten speakers for Inc. Magazine's "Advanced Customer Service Strategies" conference and named a "content expert" in customer service for their website, Inc.com.

Peggy has served as  president of two chapters of National Speakers Association and has three times served as a board member of the American Society for Training and Development. Peggy has also worked with Rice University, The University of New Orleans, San Jacinto College and The University of Houston and has earned the title "Certified Speaking Professional," a designation earned by less than 15% of all speakers in the USA.
